鏈板輸送帶

     鏈板輸送帶非常堅(jiān)固，由不銹鋼鏈條驅(qū)動(dòng)，采用不銹鋼板材生產(chǎn)，適合用于輸送細(xì)小的高密度物件，輸送過程中運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)平穩(wěn)，安裝更換方便，使用壽命較長(zhǎng)。用于中等和大負(fù)荷輸送。鋼板彎曲形成合葉，使用支軸將合葉和鏈條串在一起。兩端的鏈條可以使用開口銷或者墊圈來固定，使用開口銷方便拆卸，維護(hù)方便。

鏈板大概分：

1，按照材質(zhì)分：碳鋼鏈板輸送帶，鍍鋅鏈板輸送帶，不銹鋼201鏈板輸送帶，不銹鋼304鏈板輸送帶，其他不銹鋼鏈板輸送帶。

2，根據(jù)外形來分：平鏈板輸送帶，帶橫擋板鏈板輸送帶，帶擋邊鏈板輸送帶，沖孔鏈板輸送帶（圓孔，長(zhǎng)條孔），帶凸起鏈板輸送帶。

3，根據(jù)輸送形式分：直輸鏈板輸送帶，拐彎的鏈板輸送帶。

4，合頁(yè)鏈板輸送帶，排屑鏈板輸送帶，槽鋼鏈板輸送帶。

5，雙節(jié)距鏈條鏈板帶，精密滾子鏈條鏈板輸送帶。
